Dr. Brad Kleindl is Dean of the School of Business at Missouri Southern State University. He received his Ph.D. in Marketing in 1996 from Oklahoma State University. He started teaching in 1983 and has taught courses in marketing, international business, entrepreneurship, and Internet marketing. Dr. Kleindl has presented papers and talks for both academic and industry conferences in the U.S. and around the world, and he has written two books and a chapter on the Internet Value Chain for The Internet Encyclopedia. In the Spring of 2003 Dr. Kleindl was a Senior Fulbright Scholar in South Africa lecturing on Internet marketing, e-business, and e-commerce.
Dr. Jim Burrow earned degrees in Marketing and Marketing Education from the University of Northern Iowa and the University of Nebraska. He has been on the faculties of North Iowa Area Community College, the University of Northern Iowa, the University of Wisconsin, the University of Nebraska, and North Carolina State University. Dr. Burrow recently retired from the faculty of North Carolina State University, where he served as the Coordinator of the graduate Training and Development Program for over 15 years. Dr. Burrow is the author of several leading South-Western/Thomson marketing and business textbooks. He works regularly with the business community and other organizations as a consultant on marketing and performance improvement strategies, including the use of the Internet as an education and training resource.
